Spanish

Students in Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade are exposed to Spanish language and culture.  The Lower School Spanish teacher introduces Pony through 4th-grade students to introductory Spanish, an appreciation for Spanish speaking countries, and the beginnings of Spanish vocabulary.  The Upper School Spanish teacher builds this foundation and develops the understanding of vocabulary, verb use, geography and culture of Spanish speaking countries, and conversational Spanish.
