I have been a teacher for over 30 years in the Catholic school system, and am beginning my 12th year here at AMS, and feel very blessed and happy to be a part of this wonderful school and community. I was born and raised in the north of Ireland and went to university there. After graduation, I spent two years in Kenya as a volunteer teacher, afterwards returning to Ireland for about six months. Then I came to California where I have resided for the last 37 years. I am happily married to my best friend, Frank, and am blessed to be the mother of a wonderful son called Brendan who is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and works as a CPA for Deloitte. In my leisure time, I enjoy running, biking, yoga, traveling, reading, and hanging out with my family and friends. I love being a teacher and I hope I can share my passion for my faith and learning with the seventh grade students this year.
