Annual Giving
Each year, parents, alumni and friends invest through tax deductible donations in AMS by supporting The Annual Giving Campaign. Annual Giving supports the extraordinary gift of an AMS Catholic education.
As a Catholic parish school for TK (Pony) through Eighth grade, American Martyrs School provides students with a challenging academic and religious education that celebrates the unique gifts of every person and fosters life-long faith, academic excellence, and an inner drive to serve others. The faculty and staff of AMS work to consistently offer a vibrant and innovative curriculum in a nurturing and supportive environment.
The Annual Giving Campaign provides immediate unrestricted, budgetary support for American Martyrs School's operations and will help bridge the gap between money collected from tuition and the actual cost of educating a student at AMS. Tuition alone does not cover the full amount needed to run AMS each year. The difference between tuition charged at AMS and the cost to educate a student last year was $915, which does not include the cost of tuition assistance provided to those families in need.
Historically, this gap has been filled by generous gifts from parents, AMPA, Friends of American Martyrs School, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents, and parishioners. With the Annual Giving Campaign, AMS is able to keep tuition increases manageable for parish families now and in the future and is able to fund those initiatives as defined by the School Vision and identified by the school administration.
Our goal this year is 100% participation from all families. Although Annual Giving gifts will be accepted anytime during the year, the 2022-2023 Campaign year begins November 27, 2023, and ends June 30, 2024. All AMS Annual Giving Campaign contributors will be acknowledged in the 2024 Annual Report. We thank you for considering supporting our school with your time, talent, treasure, and prayers.
