2024-2025 Tuition and Fee Schedule

 

Parishioner Tuition*

 

*To qualify for the discounted tuition rate, families must be registered American Martyrs parishioners, attending Mass regularly and donating $40 or more per week.

 

 

Pony (Pre-K)  – Grade 8             $9,900 / year

 

Non-Parishioner Tuition

 

Pony – Grade 8                       $13,500 / year

Tuition may be paid either in one payment by June 1, 2022, or through Smart Tuition in twelve payments payable from July through June. Families may select the 10th, 20th, or the 30th of the month as their tuition due date. Payments may be made by automatic deduction or credit card with a convenience fee. Smart Tuition will add a late fee of $60 for any payment not received by the due date. Tuition is based on a per child rate.

Annual Student Fee

The non-refundable annual fee defrays the cost of textbooks, standardized testing, health services, consumable materials, student insurance, administrative costs, and some art materials. This annual fee is collected at re-registration time for returning students and registration time for new students.

 

Annual Fee per Child                 $475

 

Class Fee

 

Class fees help defray the cost of field trips, class parties, and service projects. Class fee for eighth grade includes graduation expenses, sweatshirt, class photo, yearbook, cap, and gown rental and diploma. Class fees will be added to the total tuition for the year. Fees will be due June 1st when paying tuition in full, or billed through Smart Tuition over 12 months.

Athletic Fee

 

An athletic fee, covering the use of uniforms, referee fees, equipment, trophies, and tournament costs is due for each sport in which a student participates. The fee is payable with the sports agreement at the start of each sport season.

Returned Check Fee

 

A fee of $25 will be charged for reprocessing any returned check
