Parents are to call the school attendance line at (424) 327-9650 or email [email protected], before 8:30 AM to report an absence from school. Unreported absences will be verified if contact has not been made by that time. A written excuse is required on the day the child returns from the absence and the excuse must include the date of absence, the reason for absence, and conclude with the parent/guardian's signature. A phone call does not take the place of the written excuse.
